This depends on whether you meet residency requirements under the policy. This must mean that you have been resident in Australia within the three (3) months prior to purchasing the policy and/or you have maintained domiciled status in Australia. This means you have retained a property or home in Australia, have paid taxes or council rates and have not permanently migrated to another country.
