View and download our PDS
Go Insurance provides travel insurance for Australian travellers. You can view, download and print our Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) below — each one sets out the full terms, benefits, limits, conditions and exclusions for the policy, and includes our Financial Services Guide (FSG). Please read the PDS before you buy.
Already have a policy? Check the date you bought it
The PDS that applies to you is the one in force on the day your policy was issued — not necessarily the current version. Check the issue date on your Certificate of Insurance, then find the matching date range under Find the PDS for your policy below.
Current Product Disclosure Statements
These are the documents that apply to policies issued today.
Current Supplementary PDS (SPDS)
A Supplementary PDS adds or amends cover for a specific option, and is read together with the Leisure Travel PDS.
Find the PDS for your policy
If your policy was issued before the current version, the PDS in force at that time still applies to you. Choose your product below, then match the date your policy was issued.

Frequently asked questions
What Australian travellers most often ask about our Product Disclosure Statements.
Which PDS applies to my policy?
The PDS in force on the day your policy was issued — not necessarily the current version. Check the issue date on your Certificate of Insurance, then match it to the date ranges under “Find the PDS for your policy” above.
What is a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS)?
A PDS sets out the full terms, conditions, benefits, limits and exclusions of a policy, so you can decide whether it’s right for you. Our PDS also includes our Financial Services Guide (FSG).
My policy is from last year — does the new PDS change my cover?
No. Your cover is governed by the PDS that applied when your policy was issued. A newer version doesn’t change an existing policy — it applies to policies issued from its effective date onwards.
What’s the difference between a PDS and an SPDS?
A Supplementary PDS (SPDS) adds or amends cover for a specific option — such as Dental Tourism, Destination Wedding or Sailing — and is read together with the main PDS that applies to your policy.
Where do I find the date my policy was issued?
It’s on your Certificate of Insurance, which was emailed to you when you bought your policy. If you can’t find it, call us on 1300 819 888 and we’ll look it up for you.
Is the Financial Services Guide a separate document?
No. Our Financial Services Guide is included inside the PDS, so downloading the PDS gives you both.
Can I get a PDS from before 2023?
Yes. Earlier versions aren’t listed on this page, but we hold them. Call 1300 819 888 or email customerrelations@goinsurance.com.au and we’ll send you the version that applies to your policy.
Should I read the Target Market Determination as well?
It’s worth a look before you buy. The TMD tells you who a product was designed for; the PDS gives you the full terms. They answer different questions.
